Update User Preferences to Display RAF Score Within Athena

This article lays out specific actions to take within the Athena EMR to update user preferences to display patient RAF scores in the chart on the problem list.

Relevant roles: Provider, CDS, MA, CMRN, Market Admin

Updating Preferences

1. Go to settings (the gear icon)

2. Select "User Preferences"

3. Beside "Show patient risk score instead of potential diagnosis count in Problem List" ensure the box is checked.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Submit"

5. As a final step, please log out of Athena and log back in.

6. You should now see the patient RAF score within the patient problem list. Please note this replaces the potential diagnosis option and cannot be displayed together. Adjust user preferences accordingly to your needs.
