Logging into Patient Portal as Proxy
This article is designed to walk care team members through the proper workflow of accessing a patients portal to triage portal related issues.
Relevant roles: MA, CMA, CMRN, CHW, Welcome Coordinator, PRM, CCM
1. Search patient by appropriate MRN, DOB, or name (last, first)
2. Select "Quickview"

3. Go to "Communicator"

4. Select "Log in to Portal as Patient"

5. Select "Ok" on the "You are logging into the portal as the patient. The portal is now read-only. Any changes you make will not be saved." pop up.

6. You have now successfully logged into the patient's portal as a proxy. Please note: you are unable to edit any data in this field, if you need to correct patient data, please do so in the patients chart.
