Removing Terminated Provider Schedule Templates
This article's purpose is to review the standard process for removing terminated provider schedules, saving them as drafts for later reference, and ensuring no appointments are lost.
Please note this workflow is for CCM's, Market admin and EMR TechOps ONLY. Schedule rollbacks should be managed by these team members ONLY. This workflow is designed to be implemented following a provider leaving HPC.
Rollback Provider Template
- Go to "Settings" 
- Under "Admin" go to "Schedule" 
- Under "Scheduling", go to "Schedule Builder" 
- Under "Schedule Builder Dashboard", "Filter by" and select "Applied". Include appropriate date range. Include appropriate Department. Include appropriate Provider. 
- Select the appropriate template to rollback.
- You will now be in the "Edit Template" application.
-Scroll down to "Other Actions" and select "<< Rollback and Save Template"
- Confirm Updates by ensure there are no appointments that will need to be rescheduled.
- Select Continue.
- You will have now successfully removed a provider's template.
PLEASE NOTE!!
IF there were appointments to be rescheduled - follow the below workflow.
Reschedule or Cancel Patient Appointments from Template Rollback
- Go to "Claims" 
- Go to "Workflow Dashboard" 
- Ensure "Workflow Dashboard" is selected.
- Find the appropriate Department and select the hyperlinked number under "Appts to Reched"
- This will populate a side bar "Appointment Cancellation Worklist: [Department Name]"
- Select the appropriate patient's name hyperlink
- Confirm patient information in redacted fields is correct.
- Confirm with patient via phone is they intend to keep this appointment or cancel. If appointment needs to be rescheduled, select "Reschedule", if appointment needs to be cancelled, select "Cancel Appointment".
- Work through the list of given patients related to the specific provider template until all appointments have been allocated appropriately.
