RingCentral: Update your outbound number to a different clinic
RingCentral allows you to change your caller ID to a different number, this is helpful when trying to call as a different clinic, or if a patient is used to a specific number and will not answer from others or if they're marked as spam.
These settings will be located in different areas depending on whether you are using the mobile app, or the app on your work device.
"Which number do I use?"
If you do not know the number of the clinic you're trying to call out from, you can search for the clinic's abbreviation and "Out" in the name. For example: "BNE - Outbound" for Boone's main outbound number. If you cannot find the number you're looking for, raise a ticket with IT for support.
