Merge/Delete Patients

To delete or Merge a patient within athena:

From the quickview activity, navigate to the bottom of the screen to locate "Delete/Merge".

From the merge/delete activity you'll have access to either merge or delete a patient. To merge a patient, enter a patient id that should be merged. If the system identifies 2 accounts that need to merge then those will display below as well. To delete a patient, simply select "delete" below.
